I am writing to thank you firstly for numerous phone consultations, for sending me free spare parts for my geyser and for your endless patience. I also am apologising, as the problem, as you suggested it might be, finally was the gas regulator. I swopped it for another and the Geyser started to work perfectly. The old one was faulty and caused the geyser to work only intermittently. So sorry for all your trouble! Kind regards - Jonny Blundell
The Dewhot/Kexin Gas Water Heaters 10 lt has been installed over the weekend and the devise looks good, it works and serves the needs of the residents in the granny flat. Thanks for the great product. Bennie

If anyone would answer the phones then maybe I would've bought a geyser from you. There is no address and the phones just ring. Do you have a telkom line? Do you exist at all?
